Doubling with the Cube

For the first time, and by popular request, we’ll be playing with the Cube.

So you’ll learn how to “double”.

It’s much easier than you think.

It adds an exciting new dimension to the game.

A psychological one.

Everyone will play the best of three games.

More experienced players will play one another.

Backgammon expert Catherine Thome will be on hand to coach and advise, following a “show game” at the start.

Play starts at 7 p.m., after drinks at the bar.

Whoever accumulates the most points by 8.30 p.m. wins a bottle of champagne.

Above all else, this is Social Backgammon.

So you can catch up with friends and meet new ones over drinks and dinner.
